Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, contact PPC immediately for a confirmation notice. Substitutions or moving the registration to the next meeting are accepted at any time free of charge.

30+ days prior to the event: A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
15-29 days prior to the event: A $500 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
14 days (or fewer) prior to the event:
No refunds available.

Students: Student attendees must be over the age of 21 or have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The company hosting the student assumes full responsibility for their personal conduct and safety.
